Our available affordable apartments do not have rental assistance.Minimum income requirements do not apply for applicants with housing vouchers.
How to Apply
We are accepting pre-applications for our affordable waiting list starting June 10, 2024. Since our community is still under construction, we are not conducting any tours.Visit our Floor Plans page to view our loft-style or flat-style apartment homes and complete your application by completing the PDF and emailing to our team at gladstone@tcbinc.org.
You may also come to our leasing location at: GLADSTONE RESIDENCES, 327 HAZELWOOD AVE. PITTSBURGH, PA 15206, WEDNESDAYS AND THURSDAYS (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) to pick up an application.
